This assessment is for an active product, inherited system, vendor build, funded MVP, or internal application with a concrete technical problem. It is not for idea-only projects, programming lessons, DIY/no-code coaching, or speculative prototypes without committed implementation budget.
You must own or control the product and be authorized to provide private source-code access. Do not send passwords, credentials, repository links, or invitations before receiving secure intake instructions.

This is a focused diagnostic engagement for determining what is wrong, what is risky, and what should happen next. It is not an open-ended block of development time or a generic consultation call.
The engagement typically includes approximately four hours of focused analysis and will not exceed five hours without a separate written agreement. Implementation, repair work, and additional development are not included in the fixed price.
