Which pricing models are available?
Both hourly and fixed-price engagements are available. Senior hourly
consulting is $175/hour;
fixed-price work has a proposal-defined scope and fee. We agree the
model together based on the scope and your preferred budget controls.
How much should I plan for?
Our Working Prototype is
$10,000, delivered in 4–6 weeks from the agreed kickoff.
Larger MVP builds generally fall in $10k–$25k, and full-application work in
$25k–$50k. Larger or multi-phase engagements may exceed
$50k. Focused consulting or implementation is scoped to an agreed
spending limit. These are engagement budgets, not a requirement to use
a particular pricing model.
How are pricing and payments agreed?
The Working Prototype is a one-time $10,000 payment after scope and kickoff are confirmed.
The accepted proposal confirms the scope, hourly rate or fixed fee,
spending limit, and payment schedule before work begins. Hourly work
follows the agreed time allowance and budget. Fixed-price retainers
may use a prepaid total or a fixed weekly payment plan as specified in
the proposal.
Does either pricing model guarantee every outcome?
No. Fixed-price fees cover the proposal-defined delivery phase and
deliverables; hourly work covers the agreed engineering time. Unknown
conditions and work outside the agreed scope are reviewed and approved
separately for either model.
